I painted this small oil when I first came to River View. It is at the view at the bottom of the garden.  I was inspired by the peace and beauty of the winter scene and decided not to put any boats into the painting. It has been admired often and I really should paint another as I could have sold this one over and over again.! The prints have proved popular too so I'm really pleased with the success of this painting.
