Commissions are always welcome.

A deposit of 30% is required at the beginning of a commission - the balance being due upon completion. If desired stage payments can be made.

You will be invited to view the painting in the studio as it nears completion. This viewing will allow for any adjustments to be made to ensure complete satisfaction before the balance is paid. If a visit to the studio is not possible then an image will be emailed for your approval.

The following guide is based on the actual size of the unframed painting. The cost of any commissioned painting varies according to size, medium and complexity of the subject. It can also depend on how much travelling is required to make the initial sketches and preliminary work and to photograph back up reference images.

Framing

If the painting is collected from the studio your painting will be presented to you where appropriate in a good quality frame to suit most interiors. It is not usual to frame deep sided box canvases.

If you are not able to collect the painting from the studio yourself and you prefer to have your painting framed by a local framer it will be delivered to you unframed.

Watercolours will be supplied mounted only to save the risk of disappointment from damage from broken glass, unless collected from the studio or when possible, delivered in person by me.

Final agreed price for your painting will include delivery to mainland UK. Delivery charges elsewhere will vary according to destination.
